Welding
We offer the welding of steel and aluminium components from our product range.
We specialise in welding structural and design elements made from expanded metal, perforated sheet and related profiles.

Hot-dip galvanising
Suitable as protection against corrosion. This surface treatment is intended primarily for structures and components used in outdoor and industrial environments, where long service life and minimal maintenance are required. Hot-dip galvanising is provided in cooperation with a specialised certified supplier. The galvanising process complies with DIN EN ISO 1461.
Technical parameters of hot-dip galvanising:
- maximum dimensions of parts: length up to 10 m, height (bath depth) 2.8 m, width 1.4 m
- thickness of zinc coating: 50–190 µm
- indicative delivery time: from 5 working days

COATING / ANODISING
Surface finishing and coating are provided as part of the manufacturing process. They serve to protect the material, achieve the required appearance and ensure long-term functionality in real operating conditions.
Technologies used:
- Powder coating
- colours as per the RAL colour chart
- Coating is carried out in accordance with QUALICOAT certification Logo Qualicoat
- Anodising – minimum quantity 500 m²
Cutting material to size
Shearing and cutting are carried out as precise dimensional adjustments of materials manufactured by us according to the specific requirements of the project. The service is intended exclusively for sheets and expanded metal produced by TECHNOTRON-METAL and is linked to other manufacturing operations.
Thanks to precise material cutting, we ensure the optimal preparation of components for further processing, installation or surface finishing.
